He believes the timing is perfect, especially due to the rapid technological developments in the industry and because he is now at a stage in life where he wants to seize the opportunity to focus on his own projects. Sterk Law Firm will explore the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in legal practice, and has already developed a model that functions as a digital secretary. He sees great advantages in being self-employed when it comes to the opportunity to be innovative and make quick decisions. At the same time, he points out that there is a lot of responsibility, and it's "a bit scary" to start on his own. Sterk primarily works with private law cases and already has a portfolio to rely on from established relationships.
