A former union representative at Asker International School (AIS) has filed a compensation claim against the school. The basis of the claim is allegations of severe strains in the work environment that have led to mental health issues, including complex PTSD.

Sterk Law Firm, represented by attorney Servet Yildiz Stêrk, is representing the former union representative in the case. The claim seeks compensation for economic and non-economic losses, based on the employer's responsibility to ensure a fully safe working environment in accordance with the Working Environment Act.
